CUL provides specialized logistics services, including but not limited to temperature-controlled transport, dry ice shipping, customs clearance, and domestic and international shipping of biological, healthcare and related materials. Final service terms, pricing and timelines for a specific shipment will be confirmed directly with you, typically after a quote request.
3. Quotes and Bookings
Quotes provided via this website or by our team are estimates and may be revised based on final shipment details, customs requirements, or changes in scope. A booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing (including email or WhatsApp) between you and CUL.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and complete shipment information
- Ensuring goods are properly declared and permitted for transport
- Complying with applicable customs, import/export and healthcare regulations
- Ensuring any required permits, licenses or documentation are in place
5. Liability
While we take great care with every shipment, CUL's liability for loss, damage or delay is limited as agreed in the specific service agreement or waybill terms for that shipment. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs holds, weather, or third-party carrier issues.
